Our design-build service is becoming increasingly popular with clients.  This service enables the Owner to negotiate an upfront fixed price for RMG’s design and construction of the building project. This simplifies the building process, saving Owners time and costs versus the traditional method.

We Listen To Understand Your Objectives

RMG will schedule initial meetings with the Owner where we listen to understand your project objectives. We work with you to identify your program, create preliminary drawings, define the scope of work and create a construction budget.

We Prepare Preliminary Drawings:

• Preparation of construction drawings
• Review and approval of drawings by Owner’s building officials
• Distribution of construction drawings to subcontractors and suppliers for firm price quotes

We Manage Cost Control and Permitting:

• Review construction drawings and present cost options to Owner
• Incorporate selected cost options and any changes into final construction budget and drawings.

We Perform All Construction Management:

• Hands on project management and supervision
• Scheduling and coordination
• Consistent quality and cost control
